Kaes Teo is a contemporary Ayurvedic beauty brand that blends ancient wellness rituals with modern formulations. Rooted in plant-powered healing and holistic self-care, the brand required a unique identity and digital presence to reflect its calm, conscious philosophy.

As the Digital Project Manager, my role was to lead the full-scale launch of the brand’s digital ecosystem—including branding, website experience, and e-commerce development—ensuring it communicated both trust and modern elegance.

The project involved client onboarding, brand discovery workshops, project scoping, cross-functional coordination, and the full execution of design and development for the new Kaes Teo platform.

Challenges & My Approach

One of the core challenges with Kaes Teo was balancing the depth and richness of Ayurvedic storytelling with a minimalist, modern digital aesthetic. The brand needed to educate users unfamiliar with Ayurveda, while also appealing to design-conscious consumers who value clean, elevated experiences.

To tackle this, I facilitated a brand discovery sprint with the client and our creative team, where we aligned on the emotional tone, aesthetic direction, and storytelling layers of the brand. This session helped set the foundation for a cohesive brand strategy that translated beautifully across digital platforms.

Another challenge was the product education experience. Ayurvedic beauty isn’t as plug-and-play as conventional skincare—it requires storytelling, trust-building, and intuitive flow. I worked closely with UX and content teams to craft guided discovery paths across the site, including ingredient highlights, ritual recommendations, and curated collections.

I also developed a sprint-based roadmap with clearly defined milestones—branding, packaging, website UX/UI, development, and QA—ensuring each phase had stakeholder buy-in and team alignment. I conducted weekly retros and client check-ins to maintain transparency, address roadblocks, and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.

To ensure scalability, the website was built on a flexible, CMS-powered system with e-commerce integrations that support both D2C sales and future product line expansion.

Results & Key Outcomes

The launch of Kaes Teo marked the successful entry of a new-age Ayurvedic brand into the digital wellness market. The site received glowing feedback for its calming visuals, intuitive structure, and rich content architecture.
